Musical Showbiz

Music gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything
The Tamarind Theatre at Colonel Brown Cambridge School came alive on September 20, 2019 with the resonating music and soul stirring songs by Shekinah Mukhiya, a student of Class 7,  now one of the top ten finalists at the famous reality show Superstar Singer, a Sony TV telecast. TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATIONS

September 5th is celebrated as Teachers’ Day throughout the country. It is the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second President of India, who was a great scholar, philosopher and above all a teacher. He dedicatedthis day to teachers as a mark of respect to them.

The celebration at Col. Brown School was full of exuberance. The variety show put up for the teachers was par excellence. The performances were breathtaking. The mellifluous songs, the spectacular play and above all the warmth extended to all the staff members were much appreciated.

Kudos to the students for the effort they put in to strengthen the teacher-student bond further.
